Why
Group training is great for people who thrive on the atmosphere created when like minded people work together. If you don't like being the centre of attention but prefer to be surrounded by people with a similar fitness goal in mind, you will love our Group Classes. Unlike 'normal' gym group classes, we personally program each session that can be scaled to meet your needs. We incorporate the seven Primal Movement patterns so that you will gain strength in patterns that you use outside the gym.

Improved fitness
In class sizes of a maximum of 12, no one is able to hide in our Group Classes. We will safely help you push yourself beyond what you think you are capable of and increase your fitness whilst doing so

Weight loss
Although we don't focus on the number on the scale, weight loss is a byproduct of improving your health. Our aim through programming in the Group Classes is to increase your lean muscle and lower cms.

When your body is working more efficiently, your metabolism is working as it should. You will want to eat more of the good foods when you increase the amount and intensity of your training.

With our group classes.
You will find that you start to recognise movement patterns that you are performing in the gym, in your daily movement. And you will become stronger in those patterns. Our belief is that if you working out in the gym it needs to make you stronger outside the gym! Why else would you be training! We want you to be a better, healthier and happier version of the you, that you know now!
Our members who take our Group Classes also find that as their health improves they make better choices when it comes to what they eat and drink. They also tell us that the relationships with people close to them improve and what they learn in the gym has an overflow affect on their family. We want to create a ripple effect on the community that surrounds Livestrong Primal Fitness and being able to reach people in our Group Classes on a 12 people max situation allows us to spread the message of health further faster.
